hello

I am back again

having a through look on my own blog I am forced to wright again.

In present i am no more an authorized teacher I am not in the profession time made me quit this profession .

I am back to student life now.

It hard to describe the life being a student again in present because i have not experienced the real student life yet since its only about 15 days gone.

but before 17 days I was a teacher.

Its very funny to remember I took my last class just 2-3 days before my departure regardless other schedules.

Will be shortly back in bloggers.

Re Start of the same carrier

I always remember a saying : " It's very easy to quit smoking, I have quieted it thousands of time, since after every quit there is a excitement of restart." Same happens in my profession after every completion of course I am always thinking of quieting it, but after each offer i have new excitement of starting it.
some new : New student, new course,
Some old: Me, college Etc.

Since I don't want to miss new faces and there intimacy I am rejoining it.
But for this semister only, because it will be late to think about my carrier if continued this job.

At the end

Afer having teaching as a full time job for more then 3/4 part of the year,
It's now becaming very unwilling to continue as a full time faculty as well as part time. Now I am willing to quit all these courses as well as teaching proffesion.
Regardless to express, in these period I teach in three college including four completely different subjects to more then 300 students. It's now more than enough for me.

Now for me, time has been arrived to say good bye to the proffesion and start a new profession of my actual intrest( first I need to find my actual intrest). For this wanna have vacation for abt month then find a job.

If every thing fine I love to resign the job within this week.

Teaching As Threatent

Its not a physical threaten, completely mental
I am not talking about the threaten student offering to their teacher as their GURU DACHINA
even not about the political threaten, if all these do not exist there exist a mental threaten of completing the course, regardless the capacity of student to grab the knowledge a teacher may provide.
I am not blaming any one stream or body (Students, Subject Teacher, Administration , Monitoring bodies etc,)
It may due to the the teacher : He may not prepare for worst.
It may due to the management: Management fails to manage required materials for students to study.
It may due to the Administration and monitoring committee: May fails to monitor and control the course
But I am quite sure Now a days in Nepal it is due to educational System and the students them self.
first and important factor is politics which makes student feel they are the superior and the education they are learning or having is of no importance. How can a student specially of age group 17 to 21 is able to claim that the education system is wrong?what does he know . Can he differenciate about knowledge and wisdom? Importance of Education in enhancement of wisdom and gain of knowledge?
They are just following the word spoken by the political leader on behave of the mass collection.

Another factor is the controlling section ,
its University or the affiliating bodies: if cannot manage why to affiliate and damage the future of students.
If they wanna have business why in educational sector , there are lot of other where more white money can be obtain: such as hydropower, bank, gold trading and a lotmore.
Also to political leaders: if you think of politicizing the educational system better open your own affiliated university teach there what you want, please do not distract the traditional students, they had don a lot in past doing in present and will do in future with the same traditional education with time bounded modifications.

At last Its merely the politics: Politics of college, politice of student , politics of teacher, Politics of administration AAJA Politics of nation which ruin the Education of Nepal.

Teaching As..............

In my opinion : teaching
When taken as :

Hobby: A lot of to enjoy for yourself but Students who are there to not only to learn also to pass the exam may got disturbed because they love an old face of teacher with lot of experiments and experiences. Also they are proud to here , this year my question will be selected for final examination, Which I am sure to not fulfill by the one who teaches for hobby.

Occupation: A repeated job which you perform today tomorrow and the day after tomorrow , only you got happiness on the day of salary distribution.

Job:You try a lot to get success because jobs are to be performed but no special goal are achieved by you.

Profession: It hard to explain, When you got sink on this profession you just lost in it you have no other matters to think and also a bad effect you do not find yourself fit for other job, its simply a ............................,
